The problem.
Organisations have spent two decades and billions of dollars on leadership development — vision, influence, authenticity, purpose — and delivery is still failing. Projects slip, decisions stall, and performance depends on a handful of heroes. The reason is structural: leadership programs teach people to inspire work, but almost nobody teaches them to manage it — to define it, allocate it, coordinate it and verify it. Leadership without management is performative. Management without leadership undermines culture. Most organisations have overdosed on the first and starved the second.
